I don't know about St. Sebastian, but there is discussion of cures at
the shrine(s) and in association of the relics of St. Stephen in
City of God book 22 chs. 8-10

The only references to Sebastian I found in the Patrologia Latina Database
in works attributed to Augustine were to notes on the sermons, not in the
texts themselves.
