Well, in the diocese of the Marsi (now the diocese of Avezzano in
Abruzzo). The Marsi were one of the ancient peoples of south central Italy
and their name was used anciently and medievally to denote the area in
which they had lived.

At Trevi in Lazio.

Note "Anagni" (Innocent III's home town) and "1215" (the year of the Fourth
Lateran Council). The Trevi in question was at this time part of the
diocese of Anagni, whose bishop, according to the 13th-century Life of
Peter of Trevi (_Acta Sanctorum_, Augusti tomus VI.; ed. Carnandet, pp.
634-47), with Innocent's authorization solemnly canonized Peter at Trevi on
1 October as part of the run-up to Lateran IV. For Innocent's showmanship
and attention to detail in the staging of his great council, see Brenda
Bolton, "A Show with Meaning: Innocent III's Approach to the Fourth Lateran
Council, 1215," _Medieval History_ 1 (1991), 53-67.
There is a very informative article on Peter of Trevi by Filippo Caraffa in
the _Bibliotheca Sanctorum_, vol. 10, cols. 735-37.
Best,
John Dillon
