Hello Jim,
It's been so many years since I looked at AH! Since it is the compilation
of 3 different authors, it's very time consuming to find anything - unless
your library has the 3 added Index volumes. If I can find a copy here in
Charleston I'll try to find the exact reference. Or - if anyone can point
me to AH "on-line"!
