Owen, the plan is exactly as you state it but the effect on TB1.4 is unknown
as it depends on how long (or whether) the critical TB1.4 services continue
to run.
They are hoping to tag a release today that will be a candidate for TB2.0
and they will start by reinstalling all dev sites next week from scratch.
After that, who knows. here is a list of tests that must be passed before
the rollout goes wider.
