Yes, from the point of view of RDF semantics, I think I'm happy with
that.
I think I was really wondering about the second URI
http://dublincore.org/2003/03/24/dces#title
and whether it serves any purpose to include a fragment identifier in
that URI at all.
i.e. maybe
http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/title
and the URIs for all the other stuff described in
http://dublincore.org/2003/03/24/dces should just redirect to
http://dublincore.org/2003/03/24/dces
But maybe it really doesn't matter!
