The fundamental reference for heat-transfer problems, with lots of examples
and solutions, is:
Turcotte & Schubert, 2002, Geodynamics (2nd ed.), Cambridge U. P.
In this book, you could find a first simple solution for your problem at
page 149.
Another good reference is:
Haenel, Rybach & Stegena (Eds.), 1988, Handbook of Terrestrial Heat-Flow
Density Determinations, Kluwer.
Here you can find useful tables listing thermal properties of different
rocks and other interesting material.
