Dear Sangun,
I am not sure there is one easy answer. Badri's suggested workshops are a
good idea. I also think you need to work on several fronts at once:
My rough outline of change is to work on would include:
1. leader development - identify those already committed and provide them
with the skills to lead and train others
2. develop the awareness, interest and skills of everyone else (talks,
workshops, etc)
3. put the evidence resources in place (computer access to Cochrane,
medline, CE, etc on every ward & outpatient dept)
4. provide some funds for backfill (e.g, leader training) and EBP projects
- these only need to be small but provide the stimulus
Good luck!
