Dear Colleagues,
I am currently looking at the evidence for having a direct
access clinic for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. While I can find
plenty of literature surrounding ambulatory versus clinic blood pressure
monitoring, I can find no evidence regarding differences in effectiveness/
outcomes dependent on how you provide the ambulatory blood pressure
monitoring service and in what setting, although I have some literature on
the monitors themselves. Is anyone aware of any evidence, published or
otherwise, that looks at this issue?
Many thanks
Julie Clark
