Subject: PLS 19(ii)
Dear All,
Does anyone have a definition for "appropriate ICT
qualifications" in the Library standards
PLS 19(ii) - between 0.14 and 0.5 staff per
1000 population should have appropriate ICT qualifications.
Is this defined yet? We are looking at staff resources for
ICT training.
Here is a summary of responses.

Can I ask another question which is:
Has anyone defined their own standard and either :
* Submitted this to DCMS instead of a qualification
* Got it accredited as a recognised qualification (and if so who
accredited it?!)
