We use NCFE and they allow us to send a spreadsheet of our test entries so
we enter them into our MIS system and then export to excel to email to the
Board. This has the advantage that we can use the same data to produce
registers, etc.

Yes me! We do a few Key Skills with C&G but the bulk of the college is with
Edexcel. What a paper nightmare! Haven't yet mastered how to do test
entries electronically. Does anyone use EBS to enter Edexcel Key Skills
tests and portfolios?

I use Fretwell ebs for exams it allows me to create an edi file in the
formatt of forms D/R/M and to send them to C&G ([log in to unmask])
or over the walled garden. This prevents double work of entering onto
college systems and inputing the same info again on walled garden
If you request it from C&G they will send files containing enrollment
numbers and results which you can download onto ebs.
Im looking for a bit of comfort here, is any body else really fed up with
Key Skills test entries.
