We enclose a blank NQF4 with the papers and this is completed by
lecturer/invigilator supervising the exams. However, we did have a
problem in not having enough for every exam session.
We couldn't believe the way how the question papers had been packed!
Also unhappy about the issue of results.

Regarding the NQF4 sheets for OCR, we are thinking of inserting a blank
NQF4
with the Examination Papers and getting the Lecturing staff to complete
at
the end of the examination, this should then help to cut down on the
work
for the examination section.
