The amount of paperwork involved not only for exams but the tutors. The exam
papers come in a large box all mixed up you have to count evey unit folder
and paper . They are churning out paper by the minute but cannot keep up
with requests for NQF4 and 5, but they do not seem interested when you ring
to complain

don't get the results together ie if a student has done more than one
examination their results are sent in, in subject batches, not as a series,
often they are included amongst CLAIT and CLAIT Plus results.

a similar sheet which would save handwriting the darned thing after exams
have happened but OCR are not happy with this. Has anyone else raised this?
