Dear all
This is to let you all know that there will be a Clinical Librarian Study Day on June 24th 2003, where the main topic will be 'Sharing good evidence: creating digests for a query answering service'.
Speakers and facilitators from NHS CRD, TRIP and BMJ's Clinical Evidence, all experienced in producing evidence digests, will guide us in practical workshops on this theme.
Sponsored by NeLH, the day is aimed at Clinical Librarians (actual or prospective), their managers (actual or prospective) plus anyone carrying out a similar role.
The afternoon session will give us an opportunity to further explore some of the issues raised at the UK Clinical Librarian Conference in March 2002, and to share some of the problems (and solutions) that we have all encountered in our work.
The study day will take place at the Leicester General Hospital site of UHL NHS Trust.
Please see our website at http://www.le.ac.uk/li/lgh/library/clinlib.htm
for more information and a booking form.
Regards
Linda
