It might be a bit more complicated as there are many, many (says he,
with feeling) "element-specific" "encoding schemes" all associated with
LOMv1.0, so you'd probably need scheme identifiers to differentiate
them, something like:

and similar for the numerous other schemes, but in principle, yes, I
