medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Another Thomas Aquinas related question:
I am working now on Thomas' commentary on the Sentences of Peter Lombard,
more particularly on Super Sent., lib. 4 d. 32. In the Supplement to the
Summa, q. 64, a. 3, the same issues (prohibitions related to menstruation)
are discussed, but if I understand correctly, the supplement was not
composed by Thomas himself, but only after his death, probably by Reginald
of Piperno, using the Super Sent.. It is therefore not "really" a Thomas'
text I can quote. Am i right ? Is there a translation to English (or
French?) of this work, or should I translate that paragraph myself?
Thanks,
Evyatar Marienberg
