I see the point of adding a comment field for noting
such things. However, I would want to limit that field to
noting changes in a few key fields such as Label, Definition,
and Comment. I can't imagine maintaining a separate comment
field noting every change of status -- the Decision points
already provide this information, though a user has to follow
links to find such things out.
In practice, then, I can imagine adding a sentence to the
dc:language declaration, but not much else. And I would want
to somehow carry this information forward, cumulatively, and
not limit it to the differences with respect to an immediately
previous version.
What do others think?
