1. Tell the police to send people to their GP after a minor road crash 'just so that your injuries can be
recorded' unless there is no breathing when they can call an ambulance.
2. Instruct all first aiders at work to send people to their GP unless there is no breathing when they can call
an ambulance.
3. Instruct all teachers to send children to their GP unless there is no breathing when they can call an
ambulance.
4. Instruct all NHS Direct call takers to send people to their GP unless there is no breathing when they can
call an ambulance.
Possibly a bit tongue in cheek, but this, "Go to casualty for a check up" mentality is getting ridiculous.
