are organising a
EUROPEAN SUMMER SCHOOL
On the theme of ³Food history and food cultures: methods and approaches²
14 21 SEPTEMBER 2003
The Summer School will provide accommodation and full board catering for the
students. There is no charge for attending, the students will only have to
pay their journey to Tours.
Course duration: 7 days
Number of hours: approximately 35 of coursework in seminars and lectures
given by French and European specialists in the area of food history and
cultures.
Target group: mainly European students.
Educational level: Masters completed, doctoral candidates and Ph.d¹s
wishing to achieve greater depth on the relevance of nutritional history and
cultures.
Course languages: French and English

-Breakfast will be taken at the Croix Montoire University Campus cafeteria.
