Hi All,
I am in the process of re-evaluating our procedures and processes. One
question that I asked my team, and that always seems to crop up, is what
can we do to encourage our departments to update content more frequently?
Most of our departments here see web updates as a low priority and I'd like
to encourage them to keep on top of the updates and keep the site fresh.
Aside from tightening down procedures to make it easier to do so can anyone
recommend initiatives to encourage staff to get more involved?
