Hi Shirley,
This functionality is part of the WebCT "campus edition". It allows
exporting of results from the gradebook in IMS Enterprise XML format, which
is readable by Banner. There is also a product offered by both companies
that can automatically synchronize data between the two systems.
If you haven't got Campus Edition, I imagine the best thing is to hassle
WebCT for a cheap upgrade.
Otherwise you'll just have to create your own scripted hack and maintain it
at your own expense...
