Dear SPM,
Could someone point me to a post or primer for exploring connectivity in
single session fMRI native-space SPM analyses? We believe that neighboring
activations and deactivations in many structures suggest that native-space
analyses reveal a lot of signal that is missed after normalization, but we
want to explore hypotheses about connectivity between voxels activated (or
deactivated) by a specific manipulation, and concurrent activity in distant
regions. Is there a single-session version of PPI? I'd like to see what
proportions of subjects in two groups have functional activation of area A
linked to area B. I have 90 trials in 3 conditions (pseudorandomly
ordered), each preceded by a baseline period. Five images are acquired
during each baseline and five more during each experimental manipulation.
Thanks Very Much,
Steve Berman [log in to unmask]
