Hi Ignacio
How are you? Have you been to Groningen lately?

Russ Poldrack has made a sort of interface on top of spm_batch that can
do your preprocessing.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spm-toolbox
Matt Budde has made some help pages for spm_batch with example .m files:
http://psych.wisc.edu/lang/budde/index.html
Kalina Christoff has made a small introduction and has put the manual
page and examples of the SPM distribution (also in
$SPM_HOME_DIR/batch/examples) on the internet.
