Hello Ignacio,
We also tried to make some batch scripts to run the entire
Fmri processing step in spm2 as we did in spm99 for patients.
Attached you will find some batch files to do this
( adapted from different batch files already mentioned here), mark that
they run on my local machine for some studies but that are not yet
extensively tested for all types of studies and/or small bugs
