Proper Analyze headers contain a field telling Analyze what the orientation
of the image is. SPM ignores this field, and is just warning that the
field has been filled in, but will be ignored.
You could get rid of the warning by commenting out around line 78 of spm_vol_ana.m:
% Orientation information...
%-----------------------------------------------------------------------
% if hdr.hist.orient, warning(['Ignoring hdr.hist.orient field of "' hfname '".']); end;
