attention to the term 'cultural heritage' when it is combined with
terms like 'web', 'virtual', 'digital', 'internet', 'computer' and so
on.
The EU has chosen to use 'cultural heritage' as a top category in its
programs, and therefore many EU funded actually or potentially
museum/museology related activities tend to be categorized under that
term.
