Dear Anne,
Henryk Gedenryd wrote a doctoral dissertation at
Lund University in 1998 titled How Designers Work.
Coming from the Department of Cognitive Science,
he approached the theme from several perspectives.
While he did not cite the Munich study in his reference
list, it is the kind of thing someone at the department
might know about.
You might also query Pelle Ehn or Erik Stolterman:
If one of them doesn't know, they may know who
knows.
In the meantime, I'd suggest you get a copy of
Henryk's project. I am posting this note to the
list because this thesis may interest other subscribers.

We are trying to locate information regarding a research
project that took place during the 1990's at Technical
University of Munich. Does anyone on the list remember
this project or know who might help us? It was titled
something like: How Designers Design.
