Dear Colleagues,
Some time after it had been widely established through
LIS-MEDICAL that duplicates lists should not be posted as attachment
files, but incorporated within the main message, I notice a growing
tendency for the attachment habit to creep back in.
Has there been a reversal of policy I have not noticed or are we just
forgetting why this decision was arrived at in the first place?
When duplicates offers arrive as attachments we are deleting them here
in Swansea unseen.
If the official line has changed, I would like to know. Otherwise we
would be advised to follow the earlier guidance, especially after some
high profile controversies/disasters.
