In April we sent an email out (below) about a zetoc evaluation. If any zetoc
users have not yet completed this short online evaluation, we would
encourage you to do so, as the deadline is the end of June. We do hope that
you can spare a few minutes to do this, as it will provide valuable
information about our users' opinions and requirements.

zetoc provides access to the British Library Electronic Table of Contents
(ETOC) database, a vast research resource of nearly 20 million journal
articles and conference papers. It includes an email alerting facility,
allowing users to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in their
field of research. For more information, please see the zetoc website at
http://zetoc.mimas.ac.uk.
Last year we undertook an evaluation, designed to let us know what users
think about the service, how they use it and how they would like the service
to be improved. We received over 650 responses to this survey, providing us
with a good understanding of users' opinions and preferences. We are now
undertaking a short follow-up survey, to check whether the developments that
we have made have been successful.
The follow-up questionnaire will only take a short time to complete and will
be of great help to us in keeping the user-led focus to zetoc developments.
Access the questionnaire from http://horizon.lboro.ac.uk/ma/zetoc.asp.
With many thanks for your time.
