Dear all
I work in an NHS library and we have been asked to provide services to a commercial company, in the health field, based on our site. We are happy to offer external borrower rights (for a fee) but these don't include document supply, a specific need of the company. With the new commercial copyright laws due to come in, we will need to provide copyright cleared material from the British Library and pass charges on accordingly. These charges are variable (set by the individual publishers), so this work may potentially be quite time-consuming for us. Has anyone any advice or experience of providing copyright cleared material that they are willing to share?
Please reply to me personally and I will summarise for the list
Regards
Linda
