Apologies for cross-posting. Please disregard if you don't work in
hospital library.
It is likely that the Library here at the Royal Alexandra Hospital,
Paisley will be relocating to another part of the Hospital in the next
year or two. In order to help determine the space necessary to
accommodate the Library (and avoid possible down-sizing) I have been
asked to find out the floor space of other hospital libraries. It would
therefore be helpful if you could tell me what the total floor space of
your library is.
It would also be useful if you could provide the following, if
available, to help put the above in context:
How many books do you hold?
How many computers available for users do you have?
Whether or not another resource is located in the library e.g. Open
Learning Centre?
Many thanks. All information is very much appreciated.
