National councillors are expected to attend the annual council meeting,
which is normally held in conjunction with the EAHIL conference or
workshop. The work is twofold, to promote EAHIL in the home country and
increase the membership base, and to participate in and sometimes initiate
project groups in areas which further EAHIL's aims. Councillors must also
be EAHIL members, of course. Full details of EAHIL and the responsiilities
of elected officers are on the www.eahil.org web site.
It would be helpful if anyone intending to stand for election let me or
Linda Lisgarten know by March 19th, in which case we will proceed with an
election.

Tony
Would it be possible to supply me and other colleagues who might be
interested with further information, such as "job description", frequency
of
meetings, financial arrangements for attending meetings, etc? A deadline
for expressions of interest would also be useful.
Thanks,
Sally Hernando
