There are few routine data sets available with this type of data. the British Heart Foundation have developed a website with CHD statitics. It is a comprehensive and up-to-date source of statistics on the burden, prevention, treatment and causes of heart disease in the UK.
http://www.heartstats.org/homepage.asp
if you do a search on ethnic minority you should come up with some results.
failing that you may need to look at the "health Surveys for England" on the DoH statistics website http://www.doh.gov.uk/public/hthsurep.htm
you could also try a search on the ONS website (not the easiet to navigate but worth a shot) http://www.statistics.gov.uk
hope this helps

Subject: Prevalence of heart failure
Hi!
I've been asked to come up with information on the prevalence of heart
failure among minority ethnic groups in the UK. As usual the information's
needed yesterday!! Has anyone got any idea of possible sources of
information.
Thanks in advance for your help!
