Dear All
If you can possibly think of any way to help with the following, we'd
be very grateful indeed.
For a new Applied Behaviour Analysis service for children with IDs
and challenging behaviours, we need a Social Worker who can fulfill
the Care Standards requirements to be responsible for a children's
home but who also has an interest in/sympathy for behavioural
methods. Its a very exciting project and, we think, a great
opportunity for a person with an interest in children with
challenging behaviour.
If there is anyone that you can think of who might just be
interested/suitable, or have any other advice about ways we might use
to find such a person (e.g., special interest groups in professional
organisations where behaviourally-minded social workers might be
found), I would be delighted to hear from you.
Yours pleadingly,
Richard
