PHCE is implemented by World Education, Inc. in collaboration with the
International Rescue Committee and Columbia University. The Bangkok course
will be hosted by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center which is a Regional
Partner. Participants will master key competencies in the following topics:

Weapons, Violence and Trauma
Communicable Disease
Protection and Security
Environmental Health
Psychosocial Issues
Nutrition
