It's a bit slow here today in the media services dept at the college library
where I work, so I did some a little bit of investigating for you.
Unfortunately, I did not yet find the answer to your question. What I did
find is that Chicago film critic, Roger Ebert is fond of using that quote
repeatedly in his reviews, but doesn't cite it.
