Morris Engel and Ray Ashley's The Little Fugitive (1953) is shot almost
entirely from a child's height with a handheld camera, and many of the
scenes, especially ones at Coney Island depictive little Richie's
anxiety and confustion, are shot from his pov. In my opinion, this is
one of the great movies about childhood, and it captures the child's
perspective without being overly sentimental.

Hello all,
I'm looking for examples in either drama or documentary of films shot
(either for the entirity or for part) from a child's height, in order to
portray a child's perspective. Does anyone recall any film which uses
this
technique?
much thanks
Ruth Heritage
