Subject: EAT - pushing the rehabilitation boundaries conference
Hello
I would like to invite those members of the ASSISTECH newsgroup to the EAT -
pushing the rehabilitation boundaries conference on Tuesday 08 April 2003 at
Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.
One place - one time
The NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency has a national framework agreement in
place for supplying, installing and maintaining electronic assistive
technology items and accessories. The agreement aims to encourage suppliers
and other agencies to work in partnership across traditional divides to
bring together health, social care and the environmental controls and
communication aids industry.
This agreement is contracted to end on 31 March 2004 and the Agency's
Rehabilitation Services section offers you the unique opportunity to
contribute to the development of the next agreement by inviting you to
attend EAT - pushing the rehabilitation boundaries conference. It will take
place on Tuesday 8 April 2003 at Heartlands Education Centre, Birmingham
Heartland Hospital.
Consisting of a programme of formal presentations followed by seminar
sessions, EAT - pushing the rehabilitation boundaries will outline the wider
health agenda, current service provision and both the Agency's and
suppliers' vision of EAT.
Who should attend?
