First let us introduce ourselves, we are "Madhouse Software Productions
Ltd.".

www.madhousesoftware.co.uk

A new UK company that develops Electronic Assistive Technology (EAT) for the
severely physically disabled and elderly members of our society. The
companies ethos is :-

"Empowering the individual through Assistive Technology"

Madhouse Software Productions first Offering

Madhouse Software Productions first offering is an application, called
"Switch Questionnaire Interface v1.0" (SQI). SQI as it's name suggests is an
application to assist researchers wishing to include a questionnaire within
their research with the following population groups:-

Non-vocal individuals that are not able to access a computer via
standard means.
Individuals that may have reading difficulty.
            Blind and Partially sighted individuals.

SQI removes the need for third party intervention when these groups of
individuals are required to complete a questionnaire or multi-choice tests
within and eductional environment. Therefore, there can be no doubt that the
opinions and answers obtained are those of the subject's and not of the
third party. www.madhousesoftware.plus.com/productdescriptions/sqihtm

Madhouse Software Productions History.

Madhouse Software Productions Ltd., was created from an inspiration of it's
owner, whom had worked for Barnsley District General Hospital NHS Trust
UK(BDGH) in the department of Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering for
six years, researching, configuring and developing EAT for individual's
within it's catchment area. During this six year period he became aware of
the limitations of the existing technology and felt that he could develop
software applications that would reduce these limitations.

The owner qualified with a BSc (Hon) as a Software Engineer in 1996 and
returned to Sheffield Hallam University while working at BDGH to undertake
an PhD in the "Enhancing of the prescription process of Assistive
Technology", in which he is in the final stages.

Madhouse Software's Future

We are presently developing an application called "Virtual Keyboard v 1.0"
(VK), which should be available for download in January 2004. To keep up
with future applications being produced by Madhouse Software Productions and
dates for release, please see
