Dear all,
Our A & E uses amylase dipsticks that are going to be withdrawn. Some
rep is trying to sell them trypsinogen II and I've been asked to
comment. I haven't really been given much info to go on, but I
basically have 2 questions:
1) are urine amylase dipsticks any good anyway and which are they?
2) does anyone know of PoCT devices for trypsinogen II and do they
offer any advantage over the amylase dipsticks?
Many thanks.
