it was 780 mg/100ml! I remember, he said stroking his grey beard, Barry
Rumack telling me about this case when I were nowt but a young sprog of a
house dog in the Poisons Unit of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary of blessed
memory. BHR was doing a sabbatical in Edinburgh from his appointment heading
up the Denver Poisons Unit in late 1973.

I haven't got the reprint to hand, but from memory I think this letter
describes a very similar case. Non linear kinetics for etoh metabolism is an
obvious issue here...
