Ian Barlow mentioned that "...It is the "new" Olympus method that is
susceptible to this - the "old" method was OK. I have tried to identify
a supplier of pyrogallol red that is not affected by this but have not
been successful so far."
Ian, do you know what the difference between the "new" and "old"
reagent is? Any references to this? I think this may have been
discussed on the mailbase recently. If so, I probably have those
postings saved somewhere. Thanks. -Jim
