Dear all
Thanks to those who responded to my recent question about very low
phosphate in a man admitted with SOB/hyperventilation.
Responses to date are divided into those who thought the hypophosphataemia
was a common consequence of respiratory alkalosis and nothing much to worry
about, and those who thought that it might have been the cause of his
respiratory problems and needed urgent FU...!
We're getting him back, and I will let you know!
