>Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to see if anyone has sample stability data for the Roche
homogenous LDL cholesterol assay. In case there are non-Roche methods for
which people have stability data the method is based on selective micellary
solubilization by a non-ionic detergent and the interaction of a sugar
compound with VLDL and chylomicrons.
In particular I wish to know how long it is possible to store samples at
-20 degrees C and obtain a reliabel measurement. The Package insert gives
30 days at -70 degrees.
Thank you in advance,
Graham
