Is anybody out there willing to share their experience of diluting samples with over range results (e.g. PSA, AFP, CEA, Ferritin) with a combination of a Bayer Centaur and Telepath Mumps?
We have had a few embarrassing moments where the result on the neat sample has been sent across the interface rather than the result from the final dilution.
Has anybody else seen this and/or has anybody a robust system in place to avoid this occurring?
