I'd like to tap the collective experience of the mailgroup. What makes
a great Focus workshop?
How much of the talking should be done by the convenor and how much by
the participants?
Is it helpful to have reading matter before the workshop?
Do participants like problems on a paper to work at during the workshop?
Are croissants and coffee essential or only highly desirable?
Why do people register but not turn up? Is it something to with
residual osmolar gaps?
And specifically for mine;
What are the key things you should be doing well at the
clinical-laboratory interface?
And how would you know you are doing them well?
