For our pyruvate method we have been using Sigma metabolite quality control,
catalogue number S3005. Unfortunately Sigma have discontinued this product
and do not have an alternative. We have found an alternative for our lactate
assay but it does not contain pyruvate.
Does anyone run this assay and if so what QC material are you using or about
to switch to.

Jo.
