I am using a new approach of the way to manage EQA reports which
are returned by EQA centers: The bias in comparison with the peer group is
directly plotted on the Levey and Jennings IQC chart by the technician in
charge of the analyte. This creates a series of "EQA target flags"
superimoposed on the traditionnal QC chart that permanently suggests the
compensation required to maintain the analytical process centered on the
peer group, and thereby guarantee a successful proficiency testing.
