I get the impression that this ACB test is an extra test that could be
performed on admission to hospital / Casualty, as the FDA talk paper refers
to '50% accuracy in ruling out a heart attack' using a troponin and an ECG.
Masters International were sending flyers out about this test last year
(also called Ischaema Modified Albumin or IMA). A Multicenter Study was
published in Clinical Chemistry in 2001 (Clin Chem 47:3, 464-470).
