Dear All
I am currently carrying out a review of methods used for the detection
of oxalate levels in urine and plasma. We are currently using the Sigma
oxalate method for measurement in urine. If you measure oxalate in your
lab I would be very interested to know what method you use. Perhaps you
have some instructions for the method already written up in a method
manual that you could send to me, either as an attachment on email, or
fax to 0061 3 3640 320.
Additionally, I would be interested to know if you are satisfied with
this method or if there are any problems that you are aware of. Also,
what external QC's are used.
Many thanks in advance for your help with this.
Regards
Tara Donnelly
