Dear Emma, I'm not quite sure what has happened to Jessica's data but the
measurements should be in mm, the result is also in mm so: a humerus of 150
mm gives a height of 478 mm ((3.43 x 150)-26.54) which you can then up to cm
or metres as you like.

Subject: [ZOOARCH] Dog withers Heights
Hi, this may seem like a very obvious question, and I should probably hang
my head in shame for not knowing the answer, but I was wondering if someone
could help me out with Harcourt's calculations for working out dog withers
heights. As I only have a hand written copy of the equations with no units
of measurement, I do not know whether I should put my greatest length
measurements into the calculation as cm or mm as it makes a difference to
the outcome of the heights.
Thank you in advance, and I am suitably embarrassed for not knowing,
